- Today we talked about the comparative essay that we wrote the final two days before fall break. If you didn't turn it in it is due by the end of today or it will go in the grade book as a zero. Remember that it is counted the same as a test.
- I briefly went over the Beowulf Research Paper that we are starting. Today we will be looking at how to format a paper for MLA style. The Purdue OWL website is the best source for formatting and citing your paper correctly.
- This is the MLA PowerPoint that I used during our discussion.
- We started working on the MLA Practice Page at the end of class. Answer the questions on page one and then complete a works cited page using the sources on page two.
